| The NASCAR Slim Jim All Pro Series is one of NASCAR's touring
divisions. Drivers typically enter this series after competing successfully at their
hometown Winston Racing Series track. It is an opportunity to determine if they have what
it takes to translate success at a single track to success on a NASCAR touring series. The top drivers from this division have gone on to compete and win
at the top levels of NASCAR including the Craftsman Truck Series, the Busch Series and the
Winston Cup Series.
The 1999 schedule consists of 18 events at 15 speedways in
8 states, most of which are in the southeast. The season began at USA International
Speedway in Lakeland, Florida on April 10th and continues until the season finale at
Concord Motorsport Park in Concord, North Carolina on October 9th.
Many people believe that the NASCAR Slim Jim All Pro
Series drivers are among the best short track racers in America. Watch them at a
track near you to make that judgement for yourself. We'll do our best to keep you up
